Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unassembled

  • In the original packaging

  • With all accessories and parts included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that have been assembled, used for events, or repacked improperly may not qualify for a refund.


Situations Eligible for Return

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item arrives severely damaged and cannot be resolved through replacement parts,

  • The wrong item was shipped,

  • A verified manufacturing defect makes the product unusable,

  • Essential components are missing and cannot be replaced.

In many cases, replacement parts or replacement items will be offered first to provide a faster solution.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection or change of mind

  • Event cancellation or change of plans

  • Products already used for events or displays

  • Damage caused by improper handling or installation

  • Items matching product description but not meeting personal expectations

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials


Return Shipping Responsibility

Although we offer free shipping on orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged,

  • The wrong item was shipped, or

  • A verified manufacturing defect exists.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be reviewed and approved before shipment.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

However, returns must be authorized first. Depending on product type or warehouse availability, customers may receive a different return address after approval.


Return Shipment Deadline

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days after return approval.
Late returns may be refused or subject to partial refund.


Inspection Upon Arrival

Due to the fragile nature of certain products, customers should inspect items within 48 hours of delivery.

If damage or missing parts are found, please contact us promptly so replacement parts can be provided.

Reports made significantly later than 48 hours may not qualify as shipping damage, and returns based on such claims may be declined. Replacement parts may still be available if needed.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For large or fragile event dĂŠcor items, returning products can be costly and inconvenient. In many cases, we resolve issues faster by providing replacement parts or replacement items instead of requiring a full return.

For orders containing multiple items, replacement parts or items may be provided for damaged pieces without requiring the entire order to be returned.


Exchanges

For exchanges, please request a return first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


EU Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU qualify for a 14-day cancellation period, provided items remain unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Returned items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or improper repacking that reduce resale value may be subject to partial refunds.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
